A custom production request is assessed through an existing sample or a technical measurement list. Intended use, carrying load and desired appearance are clarified at this stage.
Material type, gauge, colour, printing and packing format are then established. Once the fit of technical decisions with the production line is checked, delivery and quantity planning follows.
Dimension and performance checks are more frequent in the first production run. The approved product definition becomes the reference point for consistency in future orders.
